- We only offer $5 standard shipping at this time, with free shipping on US & Canada orders over $75
- International shipping typically costs vary depending on exact location & will be calculated at checkout
- Free shipping on International orders over $199
Processing & Handling Time
- Orders are processed, packaged, & shipped within 48 - 72 hours.
- Delivery times can take between 3 - 6 business days for US & Canada orders
- International delivery times may take longer, depending on location
Tracking & Order Status
- A tracking number will be able as soon as your shipping label is created (this may be before the actual shipment date)
- All tracking information will be provided no later than the date of shipment
Missing / Lost Packages
- All orders come with optional package insurance pre-selected for peace of mind against delivery issues
- A Strangers Love does not offer refunds or credit for issued experienced with delivery
- We encourage you to take advantage of our optional package insurance if you have any concerns
